The estate has been family-owned for around 230 years. Especially in the past three decades, the appreciation of this old tradition has determined their actions more and more. With respect for the knowledge and experience of his forefathers, Peter Jakob Khn has been working as a certified Demeter member according to the principles of biodynamics since 2004. In this way he comes closer and closer to his idea of soulful wines in the greatest possible harmony with nature. The great conviction for his future is ecological and biodynamic viticulture – with many big and small challenges, but also infinite moments of happiness and the increasing certainty that he is doing the right thing.
